[Previous Post] Pan-Fried Spring Rolls

Sweet & sour sauce from Authentic Chinese Cuisine
The spring rolls are sort of a concoction of my own, adding what I thought would taste good. They have cabbage, onion, green onion, carrots, vermicilli, and a tofu omelet with vegetables. I make a lot of them, bake them, and then freeze them for pan-frying later on. The sweet & sour sauce is quick to make, so it's a great last-minute meal. However, the spring rolls do take about 2-3 hours initially.
