[Prior Post] Matzoh Ball Soup

Vegan With a Vengeance
I was quite impressed with this soup. The flavor of the broth was delicious; I left some of the onions in, so they were super-cooked. Rich liked them, too. The matzohs were pretty easy and fun to make.
I might take a break tonight and go get some Thai food. Been painting all day!

You don't have to be Jewish to love Matzoh ball soup... but even the Jew that i am, i have never eaten them before. They've always been made with eggs, which i am allergic to... i would love to see the recipe for this to give to my dear mother...
The recipe is available online at the PPK website: http://www.theppk.com/recipes/dbrecipes/index.php?RecipeID=147
Thanks, Cherie!!! WOO HOO!! Like Sue, this soup was a staple for my family which i never ate (thank G-d!!!) and a non-eggs one is so welcome. Thank you so much for pointing out the online recipe!
