[Prior Post] Chocolate Cake to Live For


Great Good Desserts Naturally!

This is one of my favorite chocolate cakes ever. It's so moist and rich, especially with organic fair-trade cocoa. The only problem is the frosting gets a little melty at room temperature. I have since resigned to using ganache type frostings, such as the recipe in Vegan With a Vengeance. I see Fran Costigan has a new dessert cookbook out; I want to buy it soon!
