Asian Noodle Salad with Kale

Rich says this is his new favorite (interestingly, his favorites always involve noodles and usually Asian style dishes with a peanut sauce). It has a mildy spicy peanut sauce, Korean style noodles, red bell pepper, carrots, napa cabbage, green onions, and I added the sauteed kale; it wasn't in the recipe. Good stuff! Fairly quick to prepare as well.
