Tempeh Picadillo

Yet another Robin Robertson recipe! I have almost all of her cookbooks. This is quite an interesting combination of flavors: tempeh, onion, green bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic, apple, tomato, and raisins and olives, which I left out. I quite liked the subtle flavor! It's garnished with almonds and parsley.

Wow, that really looks healthy and tasty. Tempeh used to not be for me, but i have grown to love it so...
