Mushrooms in Phyllo Cups
This is one of the prior posts; I didn't make anything new tonight, since we had plenty of leftovers. Rich really liked these a lot and they're beautiful as far as presentation.

Anything with mushrooms is a winner with me. I am SO thankful i don't have an allergy to this fungi. I know a few peeps who do and i can't imagine my life without 'em. These are gorgeous, Cherie!!
Beautiful food... i am a mushroom lover too.
I can't get enough mushrooms! I love them in any way, shape, or form. But really, my favorite is a simple saute. This picture is really nice and what a pretty presentation.
